As soon as your file is uploaded to our servers, we do some initial validation of your file, so we can get straight back to you with any formatting issues impacting processing. Below you will find further details about all of these errors, and how to go about correcting them. If you do get a processing error, don't worry about usage of any processing-limits; we do not count sentences that fail validation towards usage. And while hopefully the details below are sufficient to help you out, if you do get stuck, just let us know through the support button below.
Errors
E_001: No file found
Background: This error occurs if the file that was specified in the processing file was not present in the transfer folder. This tends to indicate that either: i) there was a typo in the file name that was entered, or ii) the file to be processed was not fully uploaded to Google Drive when the processing file was uploaded. To reduce the likelihood of the second one of these errors, we wait a few minutes before returning the no-file-found error, but if it is a really large file it may still be transferring.
Solution: We recommend that you double-check the filename is correct and that the file shows up in your Google-Drive transfer folder, and then re-submit the file to be processed.
If your file fails for a second time, please contact support: we will get back to you with details on how to correct.
E_002: No TEXT columns
Background: This error occurs if the file that you uploaded does not have a TEXT column in it.
Solution: Make sure that there is a column titled TEXT on the first row of your file to be processed.
E_003: Multiple TEXT columns
Background: This error occurs if there are multiple columns titled TEXT.
Solution: Make sure that there is only one column titled TEXT in the first row of your file to be processed.
